Mrs. Markiewicz
Hello everyone! I am excited for this new school year as your child’s 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. This will be my fourth year here at Lineville, after adventuring out to southern Idaho for a year to teach 2nd grade. I grew up in the Howard Suamico School District, and went to UW-Stevens Point where I majored in Elementary Education and minored in English as a Second Language.
When I’m not at school, my husband and I love exploring the outdoors, biking out in the country, swimming at our beautiful community pool, or grabbing coffee and chatting with friends.
“ Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”

Mrs. Stangler
Hi everybody! I am thrilled to be starting my fifth year at Lineville. I taught in the Green Bay Area School district for about 10 years and got hired in Howard Suamico 4 years ago. I graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2004 with a bachelors in education (grades 1-9) and a minor in math and have taught 3,4,5, and 6th grade since then. I also obtained my Reading 316 license in 2009 from Silver Lake College. I have coached girls’ 5th grade basketball, boys’ 6th grade basketball, and JV girls’ softball.
My family and I live in Sobieski, but we do a lot in the Howard-Suamico community. My husband works for the Green Bay Fire Department. I also have 2 daughters, Alana (10) and Lydia (8), and a golden retriever, Kromer. We love camping, riding the motorcycle, and just being outdoors.
